This study explored the effects of motivational factors on women entrepreneurship venturing\r\nin Malaysia. The research was conducted on 80 entrepreneurs through random sampling\r\ntechnique. All hypotheses were tested using regression analysis and Pearson correlations,\r\ncontrolling for demographic variables of gender, age, and education, years of experience, and\r\nstart-up funding. While the results of this study found significant effect of pull motivational\r\nfactors, there is a marginal effect of push motivational factors on women entrepreneurship\r\nventuring in Malaysia. Implications and a number of recommendations are discussed....
The major objective of this paper is to analyze and understand the impact of leverage financial on the profitability of the companies. This paper investigates the relationship between( the Debt Ratios) and (the Return on Assets and Net Profit Margin Ratios). The study has been conducted during 1379 to 1388.In this study, all 28 Cement companies accepted in Tehran Stock Exchange are taken for analysis and hypothesis are examined with the help Correlation .The results suggest that the leverage financial and profitability are related and the leverage financial is having impact on the profitability of the firm. From the study it is found that there is a significant relationship between Debt and Return on Assets but correlation is negative....
The object of this study is to find out different problems faced by women entrepreneurs in\r\nKohat city of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa-Pakistan. 30 questionnaires were distributed among respondents through simple random sampling method to collect information about female\r\nentrepreneurs working in different fields. Results are presented in pie chart form and\r\ninterpreted through simple average method. Like most of the developing countries, women\r\nentrepreneurs in Pakistan and Kohat in particularly face gender base discrimination and suffer\r\nfrom the shortage and little access to resources. Lack of product market information,\r\neducation and training, assistant from governmental agencies etc. having no encouragement\r\nfrom male family members, and improper networking mechanisms are further problems faced\r\nby women entrepreneurs....
The effectiveness and productivity of an organization depends on its staff and if they don�t be\r\nsatisfied from their job, continues of living for such organization is impossible. One of the\r\nimportant factors which influence on job satisfaction, is an organizational learning capability\r\n(OLC). So, the purpose of this paper is to analyze the relationship between organizational\r\nlearning capability and its dimensions (experimentation, risk taking, interaction with the\r\nexternal environment, dialogue and participative decision making) with job satisfaction. The\r\npopulation of this study was the employees of Tejarat Bank in Sari city, Iran and the sample\r\nnumber became 103. The data of job satisfaction gathered by a single item of Chiva and\r\nAlegre�s (2008)questionnaire and for gathering the data of organizational learning capability,\r\nwe used Chiva et al.�s (2007) OLC measurement instrument. For testing and analyzing the\r\nhypotheses, pearson correlation coefficient and multiple regression have been used.\r\nThe results of study show that there is a positive relationship between organizational learning\r\ncapability with job satisfaction. Furthermore, the results revealed the five dimensions of\r\norganizational learning capability (experimentation, risk taking, interaction with the external\r\nenvironment, dialogue and participative decision making) had positive relationship with job\r\nsatisfaction....
Using Azjen�s Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) and social learning theory, we explore the effect of\r\nperceived desirability, social support and behavioral control on the entrepreneurial intentions of Saudi\r\nuniversity youth and the gender differences in these effects. To test our hypotheses, we use data from a\r\nunique survey of the entrepreneurial attitudes of students at King Saud University, the oldest and\r\nlargest university in Saudi Arabia, conducted in the spring of 2010 (n = 950). In line with prior empirical\r\nresearch, we find that both the perceived desirability and the perceived feasibility of the entrepreneurial\r\nbehaviors are positively associated with entrepreneurial intentions, while perceived social support has\r\nno significant effect. In addition, perceived desirability has a stronger effect for men, while perceived\r\nsocial support and behavioral control have a stronger effect for women. Theoretical and public policy\r\nimplications are discussed....
Women entrepreneurship is a rapidly growing phenomenon in many developing countries including\r\nBangladesh. This paper reviewed the literature on women entrepreneurship development in Bangladesh\r\nwith specific focus on government and financial intermediaries supports. The article also identified\r\nmajor challenges that obstruct smooth development of women entrepreneurs. Women involved in\r\nvarious micro, small and medium enterprises take on the challenge to work in a male-dominated\r\nsociety, competitive and complex economic and business environment with the government policy\r\nsupports and financial institutions participation. They improved their living conditions and earned more\r\nrespect in the family and the society. However, the challenges that were identified includes lack of\r\naccess to credit, limited access to market information, infrastructure and utility services, traditional\r\ntechnology, bureaucratic complexity and so on. This article provides some useful academic insights\r\nand offers some practical suggestions toward improving government policy supports for developing\r\nwomen entrepreneurs....
